Truck-side fallback. When a tool won’t answer, it owes you a next move — not a shrug, and not a sales pitch for a longer report. Here’s what to do when the screen says no, needs a check, or unknown.

The rule
A refusal has to name at least one of these: the official source to check, something you can still measure yourself, or a simpler option you can fish without the missing information. If it gives you none of those, close the tool and use the matching row below anyway.
