Everything sold here is digital. Once you’ve downloaded a file there’s no way to hand it back, so the usual returns setup doesn’t really fit. Here’s how it works instead.
If it doesn’t work, we fix it or refund it
If a file won’t open, the print set won’t print, a download link won’t work, or something described on the product page is missing from what you received — tell us and we’ll sort it out. There’s no time limit on that, and it isn’t a favor. A product that doesn’t do what its page said it does is our problem, not yours.
If it works and it was not for you, ask within 14 days
Took it out, used it, and decided it isn’t what you needed? Say so within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it. You don’t have to justify that, and nobody’s going to try to talk you out of it. A refund can end continuing entitlement, recovery, future protected access and future corrected-release access for that purchase. It cannot remotely erase a file you already downloaded. Honestly, the feedback’s worth more to us than the money, because it tells us what to build next.
How to ask
Reply to your order confirmation email. It comes straight to us and already carries the order number, which is all we need. If you don’t have it anymore, write through the Hook Us page with the product name and the email address you used at checkout. Don’t send card details.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank rather than on us.
Two honest limits
We can’t refund a purchase made on somebody else’s account or through a third-party marketplace — those have their own refund routes, and ours doesn’t reach them.
And if a product gets updated after you buy it, you get the update at no cost. That isn’t really a refund question, but it’s usually what people mean when they ask one: you’re buying the deck, not one particular version of the file.
